1) Fenugreek
First comes to fenugreek. Use it as a vegetable or as a good salad. Generally, it is used very less in salads, but in this way, it looks very tasty. Add salt, Mirchi and a few onions, then a good salad is made. Being bitter, we do not recommend using it in Smoothie.
Fenugreek contains amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins, folic acid of varying degrees and has anti-diabetic, anti-cancer and inflammatory properties. By consuming it, the intestines get a layer due to which the absorption of sugar is reduced and it helps to keep the amount of sugar in the blood under control.
It contains water-soluble fiber, due to which glucose absorption is reduced and the sugar level in the blood decreases. This process also helps in keeping the cholesterol levels low. It can improve most metabolic symptoms associated with diabetes. Diabetics should start eating fenugreek in raw form so that they get more benefits from it. Methi salad should be eaten once a week.

6. Pumpkin
