Eat zinc foods

Zinc is considered a very important nutrient for the brain. Consuming zinc foods can solve your depression and anxiety problems to a great extent. Research by several Biological Psychiatry suggests that a deficiency of zinc in the blood increases a person's risk of anxiety, stress, and depression in the long run.

So you include zinc in your diet. Spinach, avocado, meat, eggs, Kabuli gram, almonds, pumpkin seeds, etc. are prominent among zinc foods.
